A DEFINITIVE GUIDE TO OUR ARMOR CONVERSION LIMITED WARRANTY.

When you take delivery of an armored vehicle from TAG Dynamics, you are not simply receiving a high-performance machine. You are placing trust in something designed to perform when it matters most.
We understand the realities of operating in high-risk environments. There is no margin for error. Our warranty reflects that mindset. It is built to support long-term reliability, maintain fleet readiness, and ensure vehicles remain operational through proper service and maintenance.
Below is a clear look at how that support works in practice.
1) What you can expect as standard warranty?
Every TAG Dynamics vehicle comes with a 2-year or 40,000-kilometer (24,000-mile) warranty, whichever comes first. This is structured around how armored vehicles are actually used, not how they look on paper.
In most cases, the time period is reached before the mileage. These vehicles are not driven like everyday cars. They are deployed with purpose, often in controlled or mission-specific environments where reliability matters more than distance covered.
For clients with different operational requirements, extended warranty contracts are available and can be tailored to match the environment, usage, and long-term plans for the fleet.
2) What is actually covered?
The warranty is focused on everything that becomes part of the vehicle through the armoring process.
Ballistic steel and ballistic glass are fully covered throughout the warranty period. This includes protection against material defects such as delamination in glass or corrosion that could impact the integrity of the armor.
Any components that are upgraded or modified during the conversion process are also included. This covers structural reinforcements, suspension upgrades, and integrated systems that are engineered into the vehicle.
The process itself is just as important. Every project begins with selecting the right base platform. From there, the armoring is engineered to work with the vehicle, not against it. The goal is to maintain performance, handling, and durability without introducing weaknesses.
In the rare case that something does arise as a result of the armoring, it is fully addressed by TAG Dynamics.

3) How we work alongside manufacturers?
For components that remain unchanged, such as engines and transmissions, the original manufacturer warranty still applies.
We maintain close relationships with OEMs and have built a strong support network around them. If a situation requires engagement with the manufacturer, our team works alongside the client to help manage and support that process.
4) Why maintenance matters more with armored vehicles?
An armored vehicle operates under a completely different level of stress compared to a standard vehicle. Weight, usage conditions, and operational demands all play a role.
Because of that, maintenance is not just recommended, it is essential.
Servicing intervals are typically more frequent, key components such as brakes require closer attention, and fluids need to be monitored and replaced more regularly. Keeping proper records of all maintenance and inspections is also part of ensuring everything stays within warranty.
Our warranty is designed to provide maximum support, but also to ensure that fleet performance is maintained through disciplined upkeep.
5) How support works when you need it?
We know these vehicles are often deployed in locations where traditional service options are limited.
That is why our support structure is built to be flexible.
We work with trusted partners across multiple regions to handle servicing requirements. When needed, our technical teams can support remotely or deploy on-site, backed by spare parts logistics and direct engineering input.
We also invest in training. Certain components, especially ballistic elements, require specialized handling. By working directly with client teams, we help build the capability to manage these systems locally and efficiently.

6) What sits beyond the written warranty?
The most important part of what we offer is not written in a contract.
We have built our reputation on supporting clients when it matters most. That means staying responsive, finding solutions, and ensuring vehicles remain operational, even in complex situations.
We are proud of the relationships we have built and the consistency with which we have supported our clients. Every vehicle delivered is part of a long-term partnership, and that mindset shapes how we approach every situation.
7) Where the limits are?
To keep everything clear and transparent, there are certain areas that fall outside the scope of the warranty.
This includes damage caused by hostile actions such as attacks, explosions, or vandalism, as well as issues resulting from misuse or improper operation.
It also includes unauthorized modifications to the armored structure or vehicle setup. This covers changes to components such as suspension systems, wheels, run-flat systems, or other performance-related elements. Routine servicing carried out by qualified providers is not affected by this.
Costs related to shipping, customs, or importation of parts are also handled separately by the consignee.
