1) What can you expect from our armored vehciles manufacturing capabilities?
Armored vehicle manufacturing requires consistency at every stage.
From the initial engineering assessment through fabrication, integration, assembly, inspection, and final vehicle preparation, every stage must work together to produce a platform capable of performing reliably in demanding environments.
At TAG Dynamics, our manufacturing approach allows us to maintain direct oversight throughout this process. Engineering and production teams work closely together, enabling technical requirements to be addressed directly during manufacturing rather than treated as separate stages.

TAG Dynamics operates its manufacturing headquarters in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and its company history records the expansion into a 280,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in 2016.

2) How does our in-house engineering capability support production?
Every mission presents different challenges, and a standard configuration will not always meet every operational requirement.
Our in-house engineering team works alongside manufacturing to adapt platforms according to the intended application. This can include protection requirements, seating arrangements, internal layouts, communication systems, specialized equipment, storage solutions, and other mission-specific integrations.
Keeping this engineering capability close to production allows changes to be evaluated from both a technical and manufacturing perspective.

3) How do we manage the armored vehicles manufacturing process?
Manufacturing an armored vehicle involves multiple stages that must operate as one coordinated process.
Armor preparation, structural work, vehicle integration, electrical systems, interior installation, suspension-related modifications, mission equipment, finishing, and final inspection all need to be completed with careful control over fit, function, and overall vehicle performance.
Our production teams follow defined manufacturing processes designed to maintain consistency across both individual vehicles and larger fleet requirements.
By managing these stages within our manufacturing operation, our teams maintain visibility throughout the build and can identify and address requirements before the vehicle reaches final completion.
4) Can each platform be customized?
Yes. Customization is one of the most important advantages of having manufacturing and engineering capabilities working closely together.
A vehicle intended for border security may require a very different configuration from one designed for military transport, law enforcement, convoy protection, humanitarian operations, or specialized tactical use.
Depending on the platform and customer requirement, configurations can be adapted across areas such as protection, seating, communications, mission equipment, internal arrangements, external accessories, storage, and other operational systems.
The objective is not customization for appearance. Every modification should have a practical purpose and contribute to how effectively the vehicle performs its intended mission.
5) How do we maintain quality throughout production?
Quality cannot be added during the final inspection. It has to be maintained throughout manufacturing.
Our quality control and quality assurance processes are incorporated across the production cycle, allowing critical stages of each build to be monitored and documented before the vehicle progresses further.
This provides greater traceability while helping ensure that manufacturing requirements are consistently followed across the fleet.
The same approach also supports long-term servicing. Maintaining clear production documentation makes it easier to trace components, configurations, and manufacturing history if technical support is required later in the vehicle's operational life.
TAG Dynamics states that its QC and QA process maintains traceability and documentation throughout manufacturing to create a comprehensive vehicle history.
6) What happens before a vehicle is considered ready?
Completion of manufacturing does not automatically mean that a vehicle is ready for deployment.
Final preparation involves checking the vehicle as a complete operational platform, ensuring that installed systems, vehicle functions, integrated equipment, and overall configuration operate as intended.
Depending on the platform and requirement, vehicles may undergo additional performance evaluation and validation before delivery.
This stage is important because armored vehicles operate differently from their original base platforms. Added protection, equipment, structural modifications, and mission systems all influence how the finished vehicle performs.
Testing and validation therefore form an important part of ensuring that the complete platform meets the performance and reliability standards expected from TAG Dynamics. The company states that it regularly performs performance testing across its vehicles as part of its reliability process.

7) How does production capacity affect delivery time?
